Start with your property & your priorities.
Whether you need a regular domestic clean, help at your workplace, a one-off deep clean or attention to your garden, tell us what you would like taken care of. You can use our enquiry form, call 01270 761581 or email service@donendustedcheshire.co.uk.
Your postcode, the size of the property, the jobs you have in mind & any preferred dates help us understand the work. For an end of tenancy clean, share your moving date & any checklist from your landlord or letting agent.
Agree a plan that suits you
Clear tasks, timing & pricing.
We discuss your requirements & agree the scope of the work before the service begins. Your quotation is free & without obligation, with the tasks, frequency & price made clear so you know what is included.
Visits can be daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off, depending on the service & your requirements. For businesses, early-morning, evening & weekend arrangements can be discussed around your opening hours.
Get ready for the first visit
Products, equipment & access agreed in advance.
For regular domestic cleaning, we use your cleaning products & equipment. For commercial cleaning, we can supply these at an additional cost. For spring cleans, we bring everything needed. We will confirm the arrangements as part of your quotation.
You do not have to be at home for every visit. Many customers use our key-holding service; we agree access arrangements with you before the first clean. Tell us about any particular instructions or areas needing special care when we plan the visit.

Keep the service working for you
One-off help or a regular routine.
A one-off clean or garden tidy does not mean you need to book an ongoing service. If you would like regular help, we agree the frequency with you from the start.
If your priorities change or you want to add another job, get in touch so we can discuss it & agree any changes to the work or quotation. Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning & jet washing can also be discussed when you enquire.
